Let's just say the bigger the jutsu the easier for it to misfire, meaning the style that I embrace is somewhat of a double edge sword, a little ripple will topple the dominos - I need to get depth and foreshortening with the right balance. Recently I use less depth (the blur stuff) on characters, and biased more towards foreshortening because blurring stuff is too easy lol
FS works marvelously 100% of the time in illustration/manga/comic, equivalent to Depth with 3D/realism/etc. Certainly my work here isn't a comic style, so I am supposed to bias more towards depth than FS; as mentioned I did this here the other way around.
Yeah, the fast pace of work does allow errors to be let through, plus I always push the poses nearing the 'don'ts' territory, I mean, a standing pose isn't that exciting don't you agree?
