Professional Pokemon Trainer Hilda still at it...

Photoshop CS6; 12 hours +/- Painting and Airbrushing.

Dedicated to a lady friend who is a full-time business woman, (a 'boss lady' at that) but couldn't give up her teenage-hood hobby as a Cosplayer. Just like Hilda in the art, she pwned all these kids at any given Cosplay convention :D

I mean, it's so rejuvenating to see someone who wont let go of their hobbies into adulthood and not only just for the sake of holding on to it, but really schools the youth of how to do things epically like a boss! :thumbsup:

This dedication alone inspire me that we can do what ever we want in this world...though that doesn't mean I'm going to be a child again lol

this is by far the best work you have managed to whip up to date. I hate people that grow up, and think that means you have to grow out of your childhood shit...i used to write comics, i still do. I used to skateboard, still do. I used to play with legos, well i quit that, but i guess you can't keep it all.

she's hot. period. nice.

the pokeballs and the hat are done amazing. I like her expression, to many artists have the subject always looking at the invisible camera. the only place i see need for improvement would be the shirt, it just doesn't look real like the rest of the picture. I also think her right leg is to short, both legs almost come to the same spot, but the other one is bent a lot. keep it up Classy

Talking about age, I shouldn't even be drawing stuff like these in the first place! shoulda be drawing tits or proper "art" haha
Just because most people around you wear ties, doesn't mean it's really the rule of a modern society and leave behind what was once precious to you for the sake of this conformity. There are stuff which are worth to be carried into 'adulthood', usually the ones that involves passion.

Your critique is spot on as I got decline in an 'elite' group for this reason.
I suppose it's a shame if a don't revise it (I was recommended by them)
Yup, this is the problem when you bridge into 'realism' from illustration; I wanted to exaggerated the curvatures (illustration does this at a regular basis but no one complains)and I used reference for the anatomy, guess it's the blurred boots which doesn't give the viewers reference points of the feet and heels ;p
Also you'd be surprise women can tilt their hips and contort the thighs like in this art :nod:
