This is a very strong, impressive piece. The lighting effects are top notch, the background and foreground effects are dynamic; the entire scene has the look of a still frame from the opening movie sequence of a major game like Final Fantasy or Soul Calibur.

However, I've noted some issues with your figure composition and, if I may, I'd like to discuss those. First, while I enjoy the face of the character, the hair - especially the tendrils flying in the wind - is problematic. They look less like hair than tentacles, I feel, and perhaps some additional rendering might clear this issue up.

Second, while the legs are well-proportioned, I feel that the torso is too short for the body itself. It gives the figure a pinched, tight feeling, and as a result renders the image a somewhat uncomfortable, claustrophobic undertone, in my opinion.

Finally, the outstretched hand seems not to have been rendered quite as fully as the rest of the figure, and it seems "painterly" where the rest of the figure is almost photorealistic. As such, it seems separate from the whole of the figure.

I hope you don't find these criticisms too harsh. This is an exceptional image, and I only noted those few "issues". Keep up the great work!
